Managing Director
Previously a Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm senior engineering officer, Ian is the MD and also manages the consultancy's commercial and operational delivery across multiple frameworks with a diverse customer base. He is always looking for experienced associates over the full range of engineering, cyber, digital, operational and regulatory functions with the right security clearances to support commercial and government programmes.

Company Secretary
Previously an Army Air Corps pilot and Squadron Commanding Officer, Adrian has many years of marketing management and company director experience.
He focuses on strategy, direction and leading the company’s finance, commercial and regulatory compliance functions.

Unmanned Air Systems Services Director
Previously a FAA senior engineering officer and helicopter maintenance test pilot, he has extensive operational, regulatory and support leadership experience. As a consultant to multiple UAS manufacturers, leading on Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) clearances and large scale trial management, he has a very wide-ranging technical product knowledge and can help you navigate the path to buying the right drone and successful system integration and operations.

Chief Instructor
Tom has spent more time airborne instructing new pilots than most. As an Army Air Corps Helicopter Instructor, he trained future flying instructors; as a senior Police and Air Ambulance pilot, he led the delivery of successful flight operations working across the UK.
Now he brings this wealth of operational aviation experience to you as you learn to fly drones, and he has all the stories needed to keep it interesting!

With in depth technical knowledge and many years of customer-focussed IT support and experience, Andy’s CyberISMS team delivers an assured managed service to cover all your Cyber and IT needs, guiding you through the most complicated remote fault finding and rectification processes with ease.

We offer a very full range of training courses from the Open Category's A2CofC through to a Level 5 Award for an UAS Operations Manager (RQF). Covering both Rotorcraft and Fixed Wing, VLOS and BVLOS, we are a CAA authorised RAE. We will provide you with a first-class training experience.
